The Jacksonville Fl are making sure everyone is safe in the wake of the deadly paintball gunslinging rampage that left two people dead in Florida.
The Jacksonville Fl, a paintball team owned by Jacksonville, Florida-based Paintball Jacksonville, released a statement Wednesday to local media outlets that it is in communication with local law enforcement and is monitoring the situation in Jacksonville.
Paintball Jacktown said it is working with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol and will “continue to monitor the situation.”
In the wake the tragedy, the team issued a statement saying it was committed to providing an “unprecedented level of safety and security” for its fans.
“We have already shared with local authorities the full details of the paintball incident,” the statement read.
“We remain confident that all involved will be held accountable for their actions and we are committed to being a safe and responsible environment for all fans.”
Paintballs are played with paintballs.
It is the third fatal shooting involving paintball in a week, following two in Florida and one in Colorado.
