A lot of people have taken to the streets of the Bay Area to do it, and that has led to a number of cities, including Oakland, adopting a “shoot to kill” policy.
The rule allows police officers to take down a suspect and then shoot him to kill.
It is a common tactic in the paintball community, but Oakland has a different rule in place.
Under the “shoot and run” policy, the officers are allowed to take one suspect down before they are called to a crime scene, so the shooter can then run.
The shooter then has the option to call the police and say they were “mistaken” or “fired on.”
The officer must then shoot the suspect again and again.
The rules are based on the theory that if the shooter is able to shoot a suspect before he is called to the scene, the officer is more likely to take action and stop the crime.
The policy is controversial in Oakland because it is considered too harsh.
Oakland has had its fair share of police shootings, and Oakland police chief Sean Whent has said there will be no changes to the current policy.
But he has been criticized for the policy.
He has been accused of using the shooting as a political tactic and that it is being used to justify racial profiling.
He’s also been criticized because the policy is not enforced.
Oakland is one of the few cities that has no law requiring police to wear body cameras, and Whent is pushing for the use of cameras in Oakland, which is one reason why Whent said the city should be taking action.
The city’s chief has been in office since 2006.
The police chief’s office says it has reviewed data on police shootings in the Bay area and has seen that the numbers are very similar.
But the city has not adopted any changes to its current policy or a policy that would allow officers to use deadly force if they believe the suspect poses a threat to the officer.
Oakland officials have been discussing ways to improve the police department’s training.
In 2015, a coalition of groups including Oakland Community Action Network, the Oakland Police Officers Association and the Oakland chapter of the NAACP, launched the “Community Police Reform Initiative,” a program that would focus on training and supervision.
A second phase would be focused on police accountability.
The Oakland Police Department is looking at a policy change, as well.
